📝 Coming Through Home Pros – Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement:
By booking any service with Coming Through Home Pros, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A clear description of the requested work will be confirmed prior to beginning the job.

2. Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and CashApp. Late payments may incur a fee.

3. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

4. Access & Preparation:
The client must ensure access to the service area and secure pets and valuables prior to our arrival. Please move personal belongings and fragile items out of the way of service areas unless pre-arranged with our team.

5. Property Conditions & Liability:
Coming Through Home Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not visible prior to service. We are not liable for damage caused by:

  • Unsecured, loose, or fragile items (furniture, fixtures, hoses, outdoor décor, etc.)

  • Weak or deteriorated surfaces (rotted wood, brittle walls, old paint, etc.)

  • Pre-existing poor workmanship or structural issues

Clients are responsible for securing or removing items that may be affected during service. Any damage resulting from failure to do so is not the responsibility of Coming Through Home Pros.

6. Weather & Rescheduling:
Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled due to bad weather conditions. Clients will be notified as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

7. Liability & Insurance:
We are fully insured for liability. Clients are responsible for informing our team of any risks or conditions that could pose a hazard during service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns. We strive for top-quality service every time.

9. Estimates & Pricing:
Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary depending on actual work required or unforeseen conditions.

10. Safety & Conduct:
Our team follows safety protocols and respects all property. Clients and pets should remain at a safe distance during active work.
